Class Registration Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, in order to ensure fairness and manage our class preparations efficiently, we adhere to the following cancellation policy for all our class registrations:
Full Refund: Participants who cancel their registration at least one month in advance of the class start date are eligible for a 100% refund of the class fee. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on our waiting list and manage our resources effectively.
Partial Refund: If you find yourself needing to cancel your registration less than one month but more than two weeks before the class begins, you will receive a 50% refund of the class fee. This partial refund helps cover the costs of materials and administrative efforts that are already underway.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the class start date are not eligible for a refund. At this point, resources and arrangements have been finalized based on the expected class size. We appreciate your understanding that it becomes challenging to adjust plans with such short notice.
To cancel your class registration, please contact Chrisit Kubeck at christi.kubeck@howardschool.
Our goal is to provide all participants with a high-quality learning experience. This policy helps us to ensure that every student receives the attention and resources they deserve.
