W.I.N.G.S. Afterschool Program

The daily cost for participation in the W.I.N.G.S. Program is $8.00 an hour, $18.00 for the full afternoon. Students will be electronically signed-in when they arrive. It is the parent’s responsibility to sign their student out. The daily balance will be calculated based on time spent in aftercare. If a student is not signed out they will be charged the full day amount of $18.00. Additional fees are charged for Enrichment classes.

The business office will send a monthly invoice for W.I.N.G.S. Program billing. Payments are due the first business day of the month for prior services rendered. A $25.00 late fee will be added if payment is not received by the 15th of each month. If we receive a NSF check, a $35.00 return check fee will be charged.

Children should be picked up and signed out from the W.I.N.G.S. Program by 5:30 p.m. If your child is picked up after 5:30 p.m., a $1.00 per minute charge will be applied to your account until 6:00 p.m. After 6:00 p.m., a $5.00 per minute charge will be applied to your account. After three late pick-ups occur in any given one-month period, a meeting will be scheduled to discuss appropriate action. Frequent late pick-ups may result in loss of participation in the W.I.N.G.S. Program.

Extended Aftercare days include LS Math Night; MS/8th Grade Dances; MS Poetry Slam; and MS Night of Celebration.
