Programs and Field Experiences

9th Grade: Students learn the importance of this city, both from an historical perspective and as a modern port city. 

10th Grade: Students take a civil rights tour through these historic cities to engage with concepts of inclusion, diversity, and bias, and the importance of the Civil Rights Movement in our country. 

11th Grade: Students learn about the interdependent marine ecosystem of the Florida Keys through discussions, hands-on labs, field expeditions, and snorkeling excursions. 

12th Grade: Students learn about the foundations of the American government by visiting historical landmarks, memorials, museums, and the importance of nation’s Capitol.
