After Care Support (part time)

Start Date: ASAP

After Care Support will create a dynamic, safe and enriching program after the school day hours. The Facilitator will supervise student recreational activities, provide mentoring for homework, and facilitate enrichment activities.

Facilities Manager

Start Date: June 1, 2024

The Facilities Manager will direct, coordinate and supervise facilities and equipment management and maintenance at The Howard School.

High School Lead Teacher

Start Date: 2024-2025 School Year

We are still in the process of determining our needs for the 2024-25 School Year. We are proactively seeking individuals who would be interested in joining our Community for the next school year.

Director of Advancement

Start Date: ASAP

The Director of Advancement is responsible for developing strategy and implementing fundraising plans to meet the school’s goals for annual, grant, and endowment fundraising, as directed by the Board of Trustees and Head of School. 

This position also has primary responsibility for all school fundraising activities, and oversees the work of an Administrative Assistant. The Director of Advancement promotes school image in the community, as defined by the Board of Trustees and the Head of School.

Lower School Assistant Teacher

Start Date: 2024-2025 School Year

A teaching assistant is needed to support the Lead Teacher with work and activities inside and outside of the classroom, expanding opportunities for more individualized instruction and collaborative teaching. We seek a motivated educator to join an interdisciplinary team who is committed to collaboration, flexibility, creativity, and best practices regarding student learning.
