Financial Assistance 22-23
All financial aid decisions are made based on financial need without regard to student's race, color, religion, ethnicity, or national origin. The Howard School relies on the truthfulness of the information provided in each application, and families who apply acknowledge their continuing obligation to notify the school if financial circumstances improve.
To help us determine what a family is able to contribute to their child’s education, The Howard School utilizes FACTS Grant & Aid as a trusted third party. Additionally, the financial aid committee will take into account unexpected family financial situations, the need of our entire applicant pool, and the availability of funds.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EARLY TAX RETURN PREPARATION WILL BE NEEDED IN ORDER TO MEET THE FINANCIAL AID DEADLINE OF MARCH 4, 2022.
To be considered for financial assistance for the 2022/23 school year, submission of all financial aid documents from all custodial, non-custodial, and step-parents (including uploaded 2021 Federal Tax Returns, all supporting schedules and forms, and W-2’s or 1099’s) SHOULD BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN MARCH 4, 2022. AVAILABLE FUNDS ARE LIMITED AFTER THIS DEADLINE HAS PASSED. Since financial aid is granted to students on the basis of need and availability of funds, awards are granted for one year at a time and must be applied for annually.
