Tutoring

Beyond the day-to-day learning in the classroom, some students benefit from more intensive after-school tutoring by a speech-language pathologist in any of the following areas of communication: listening, understanding, speaking, writing, articulation, fluency, or social skills. The Howard School provides individual academic tutoring or speech-language therapy to the greater Atlanta community and to Howard School students after school and during the summer. Tutoring is available for academic subject areas, receptive and expressive language skills, personal learning strategies and executive function skills. Please contact Assistant Head of School Tara Terry at (404) 377-7436 or [email protected] for more information.
