On Wednesday, Oct. 31, the Cantu class, the youngest class at The Howard School, will be visiting all classrooms to collect money for UNICEF as part of Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF. This has been a Cantu class tradition for 28 years. This year the High School seniors will participate in the morning parade, as well as the afternoon parade, and help the younger students count the money they collect over the coming weeks. Contributions help children in need across the globe by providing money to purchase food, medicine, school supplies, safety, and clean water. Last year, the class raised $1,200 for this worthy cause.
